Im Frühling 2007 soll "Ressurection", das neue Album von Chimaira, veröffentlicht werden. Momentan kümmert sich Jason Suecof (Trivuim, God Forbid)in den Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida um die neue Scheibe.
Letzte Woche wurden unter der Anleitung von Produzent Andy Sneap (Nevermore, Arch Enemy, Killswitch Engage) die Drums aufgenommen, und zwar vom wieder zurück gekehrten Drummer Andols Herrick.
Sänger Mark Hunter dazu: "This is our fourth album and we as a band, are collectively and for the first time ever, in synch and in a 'positive' new headspace. We are all really excited about the new material."
Die limited Edition von "Ressurection" beinhaltet 11 Songs + zwei Bonustracks sowie eine Doku über das Making of der Scheibe.
