DEAF HAVANA haben angekündigt, dass sie am 03. August 2018 ihr neues Album "Rituals" veröffentlichen. Die Band macht nicht nur mit der ersten Single "Sinner" deutlich, dass sie noch poppiger werden wollen als mit dem letzten Album "All These Countless Nights". James Veck-Gilodi sagt über das Album:
"I want to make people dance. I want to make people happy even though some of these songs are the darkest songs that I’ve ever written. I don’t think I really went in with any actual intentions though. I want to keep all our fans if we can. I know we are going to alienate some people, which sucks, but if they really listen to it they will realise it’s the same miserable lyrics and same chord progressions."
