Die norwegische Band LEPROUS hat eine neue Single samt Musikvideo veröffentlicht. Der Song "Below" stammt vom kommenden Album "Pitfalls", für das der Presale in dieser Woche gestartet ist. Erscheinen wird das Album am 25. Oktober 2019 via InsideOutMusic.
Sänger Einar Sodberg sagt über den neuen Song:
"'Below' was the first song written for the 'Pitfalls' album and it was composed in a period of denial of what was to come. It was a very spontaneous song, made first with only piano and vocals. 'Below' is a very emotional and melancholic track, and it means a lot to me personally - both musically and lyrically. Large cinematic string arrangements, electronic elements, very acoustic and organic parts - all combined. Very epic but at the same time very fragile!"
"Pitfalls" ist das sechste Studioalbum der Band insgesamt und folgt auf "Malina", welches 2017 veröffentlicht wurde. Mit dem neuen Material, aber natürlich älteren Songs geht es für die Norweger ab November auf Europatour. Fünf Shows auf deutschem Boden sind dabei fest eingeplant.
