"German melodic death metal outfit MISERY SPEAKS are currently writing new material for their second album. Once again the band will enter the Rape Of Harmonies studio early May to nail down the new tunes with Alexander Dietz, Ralf Müller and Patrick W. Engel, the mix will again be done by the mighty Dan Swanö in Sweden. A fall 2007 release is expected. MISERY SPEAKS´ self titled debut album was released June 2006 through Alveran Records and earned massive critical acclaim all over the place, not least because of the great and massive sound by Dan Swanö. The band was voted as one of the 12 best newcomers in 2006 by the Rock Hard magazine readers."
