An einem Samstag Abend Ende 2007, kurz vor ihrem Auftritt als Vorband von Funeral For A Friend, unterschrieb das Quintett KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES aus dem walisischen Cardiff ihren Plattendeal mit Roadrunner. Roadrunner Records UK Managing Director Mark Palmer:
“We’re very excited to welcome Kids In Glass Houses to the Roadrunner family. We have been watching the band closely for well over a year now and have seen them develop into amazing live performers with incredible songs. They will be a massive priority for Roadrunner in 2008.”
Das erste Full-Length Album "Smart Casual" erscheint am 5. September in Deutschland. Sänger Aled Phillips ist begeistert: “We couldn’t be happier signing with Roadrunner Records. Everyone at the company gets and loves what we’re doing and what we hope to achieve, and that’s the most important thing.
