Die SWINGIN UTTERS waren und sind noch immer eine der Vorreiterbands aus der San Francisco/Bay Area Punkszene. Die Band gibt es bereits laenger als ihr Stammlabel Fat Wreck Chords - auf dem am 8. Dezember mit "Drowning In The Sea, Rising With The Sun" ein 33-Song starker Querschnit durch die Bandhistorie erscheint.
