TEENAGE WRIST haben mit "Silverspoon" einen frischen Song an den Start gebracht. Der Song wurde produziert von Colin Brittain, der bereits mit Bands wie BASEMENT, A DAY TO REMEMBER und PAPA ROACH zusammengearbeitet hat. Über den neuen Song sagt Sänger Marshall Gallagher:
“’Silverspoon’ is a song we’ve had in the bank for several years now. Something I started before we even wrote all of ‘Chrome Neon Jesus’. We made a few changes to fill up the blank space, and it ended up poking its head out during the recording process this spring. Originally, we thought it was going to be the last track on the record, kind of a deep sleeper, but everyone ended up loving it so much by the end that it got bumped to single number one.”
Gegründet haben sich TEENAGE WRIST 2015 in Los Angeles. Es folgten eine EP "Dazed" und das Debütalbum "Chrome Neon Jesus", welches 2018 via Epitaph Records veröffentlicht wurde. 2019 erschien mit "Counting Flies" eine weitere EP.
