Washington D.C.DAMNATION AD sind bei Victory Records untergekommen. Die Band war ursprüngliche von 1992 bis 1998 aktiv und hat sich 2005 erneut zusammengetan. Zum neuen Album hat man folgendes zu sagen:
"On this album we got to do a lot of things we hadn't done in the past. We were able to take our time writing and recording the songs. Our sound has continued to evolve, but it is still definitely Damnation A.D., just less musically self-indulgent, and more catchy and memorable. We also got to work with some of our good friends on several of the tunes, which is something we had talked about in the past, but never had the time to make happen."
Features wird es von Wes von Give Up the Ghost, John Henry von Darkest Hour, Karl von Earth Crisis und Freya sowie Patrick und Pete von Fall Out Boy geben.
Das Album trägt den Titel "In This Life Or the Next" und erscheint am 12. Juni in den USA.
