I feel the music speaks for itself, we put our hearts and souls into every song. However myspace and purevolume have been a continuing tool for our band, as well for many other artists.

Mehr »Kann sein, dass Bands es leichter haben, wenn man Ruhrpott unter den Bandnamen schreiben kann. Aber auch Bands von dort werden in 2 Jahren nur dann noch gebucht, wenn sie auch gut sind und nicht nur ein Hype sind.

I got really depressed and I know matt and chad also had their periods of not knowing where we could go from certain down-points, but I guess josh & nathan were more stubborn and wanted to see this through no matter what and in the end we all prevailed and made it and we love this record so much it was all worth it in the end.

Schon seit Wochen rot im Kalender markiert war der Auftritt von The Briefs im dortigen AJZ, so dass die Wahlheimat Bremen frühzeitig verlassen wurde um dem Ruf dieser momentan zu recht so angesagten US Band zu folgen. Mehr »It wasnt my decision to make. We all [Gameface] got to a point where we wanted different things from the band and from life. We just werent meant to continue together anymore. It was sad but it was necessary. Looking back, I was a good thing. I was ready to move on creatively but just wasnt ready to admit it.
